Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Free Shipping on all orders over $300 (before tax) within Canada.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and carrier selection.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
